THE PROCESS

  1. Simply apply for  subscription. You will be invited to fill in our wardrobe questionnaire after which, we will invite you to an online meeting to discuss your requirements in more detail. (This is subject to current availability)
  2. On our online call we will identify which membership would suit your lifestyle and level of investment. 
  3. A non-refundable deposit of £525 will be made to curate your personalised mood-board/s and confirm your membership space. 
  4. Your measurements are taken and fabrics confirmed at our Savile Row showroom or Hertfordshire design home location. You’ll spend 1-2 hours with us including your first fitting.
  5. We then come to you for your initial fitting to check the fit is perfect and make any necessary amendments and return a week later.
  6. From here onwards you can expect your quarterly deliveries to be made pressed, hung and delivered directly to your home. 
  7. Need future inspiration, designs and aftercare we’re here as your long term style partners.

The membership begins with a lifestyle audit to understand your unique needs and preferences. Our expert stylists then design an entire wardrobe of bespoke tailoring tailored to fit you and your lifestyle perfectly. Monthly payments ensure you receive ongoing style updates and seasonal drops.

During the lifestyle audit, we identify exactly what you need for the year ahead, including exclusive tailoring designed to suit your skin tone, body shape, and personality. This comprehensive assessment sets the foundation for your personalised wardrobe selections.

Consultations can take place at your convenience, either at your location or at our luxurious Savile Row location. During the one-hour consultation, our stylists handle all the hard work for you, ensuring a fun and stress-free experience.

Yes, we understand that some clients will already have particular items in their wardrobe that they don’t wish to replicate. Simply select a similarly priced item.

A lot of time has been spent specifically curating each membership, to ensure a well balanced wardrobe is created. For a personally curated wardrobe, we suggest selecting our by application or invite ‘iconic membership’.

There is a one week grace period should you change your mind. Our mood board designs are however non-refundable. After one week there is no cancellation permitted.

Your first seasonal delivery arrives approximately six weeks after the initial consultation. This allows us to fine-tune the fit to perfection, ensuring every detail is precisely tailored to your specifications.

Yes, absolutely. Any necessary adjustments are recorded during the fitting process. We then continue to create the rest of your wardrobe throughout the year, delivering perfectly fitting garments on time for when you need them. If you need any further alterations, our tailor will simply find a time convenient for you – Collect, alter and return to you.

All designs will be pre approved by yourself. However, we offer a hassle-free design replacement and 100% satisfaction guarantee, so that if in the rare event you don’t like a piece, we will simply remake it for you. 

Payments are made monthly via direct debit, providing you with ongoing access to personalised styling, curated wardrobe selections, and seasonal drops. This convenient payment structure allows you to enjoy looking amazing in clothes tailored specifically for you.
