How far in advance should I book my bespoke tailoring appointment?

As our appointments are subject to availability we require appointments to be made at least 3 months prior to your occassion/event/date of wearing.

We also may need additional fittings or to offer you further advice on styling, so this enables us the comfortable time to do so.

What happens at my bespoke tailoring appointment?

Alexandra spends an hour getting to know you, your current style and personality, so that she can design and create you tailoring that will make the most of you.

What makes your tailoring offering different?

We combine several levels of style expertise from the cut of your tailoring and how it should fit to flatter, along with taking into consideration the ideal colour, shade and texture that will make you look a cut above the rest. We also help to complete your look by offering you style advice so that you can truly make the most from your new investment. Our only intention is to make you look more amazing than you knew how and to look better than everyone else.

How much do your prices start at?

Our two-piece semi bespoke suits start from £1,200

Our two-piece fully bespoke suits start from £4,000

Do you design and make more than suits?

We can quite literally design and create all styles of clothing, from a classic suit to a bespoke leather jacket, our innovative range ensures to make the most of you.

Do you offer an alterations service?

We only offer alterations on our own ranges, whether ready to wear or made to measure. We don’t alter clothing from any other brand.

How can I find out my own measurements?

We have a fully comprehensive measurement guide that will give you a clearer idea of what size and fit to order. All you need is our guide, a measuring tape and someone happy to help. Alternatively, you can drop in and we will happily take your measurements or guide you on which size you would look best in.

I’m going to a friend’s wedding and need my measurements taken. Is this a service you offer?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer this as part of our service. Our measurements will naturally be different to other brands and therefore, we can only offer you measurements based on our own designs.

How is your ready to wear different?

We design our ready to wear collections using only the highest quality fabrics, along with our excusive seam shaping design which flatters all sizes, creating an illusion of slenderness. You can expect classics with a fresh, modern twist that can't be found elsewhere.

How can I work out my size?

You can either use our fully comprehensive size chart or use our how to measure guide. Alternatively, if you are one of our made to measure tailoring customers, we can work out your ready to wear sizes from the measurements we hold on file for you.

You can also check your current size from another brand, as you should be able to confidently order the same size.

What if something I order online doesn’t fit?

We understand that ordering online can be time consuming. That’s why if for some reason it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, we send you a pre-paid parcel bag for you to simply send back to us free of charge.

Can I try on your ready to wear clothing anywhere?

We only stock our ready to wear designs in our Bishops Stortford store and online.

Where are your ready to wear clothes sent out from?

We hold our stock in our Bishop’s Stortford store and this is where your deliveries will be sent out from.
